Tiffany Miller is the CEO of ASAP Heating, Air & Plumbing, bringing more than 20 years of home-service industry experience to her leadership role. Having grown up working alongside her dad and brother, Tiffany has a lifelong connection to the industry and has spent the past 13 years helping lead and grow ASAP. Known for being dependable, compassionate and driven, she is passionate about helping people, developing strong teams and creating efficient systems that allow the company to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Tiffany believes great leadership means setting high standards, solving problems and continually finding ways to improve. Originally from Hutchinson, Kansas, she has been married for more than 20 years and is the proud mom of two sons who play college baseball. Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys traveling, reading, planting flowers and spending time by the pool or lake with her family. She is also a devoted Kansas City Chiefs fan, a coffee lover and always ready for her next beach vacation. For Tiffany, leading ASAP is about building a company that takes care of people, earns customers’ trust and sets a higher standard for home service.

Justin Dirks is the Vice President of Oklahoma City Operations for ASAP Heating, Air & Plumbing, bringing 20 years of HVAC and home-service experience to his role. Inspired by his dad to pursue the trades, Justin has spent 13 years with ASAP helping grow the company, strengthen its Oklahoma City presence and develop the people who serve its customers. Dedicated, passionate and determined, he finds great fulfillment in helping employees build their skills, advance their careers and create new opportunities for their families. His leadership philosophy is simple: “You’re in control of your own destiny, and I’m here to help get you there.” Originally from Inman, Kansas, Justin is a devoted husband and father of two who enjoys hunting, golfing, off-road adventures and country living with his family. Whether he is supporting his team or helping homeowners stay comfortable, Justin strives to lead with respect, encourage growth and provide the professionalism every ASAP customer deserves.
Justin Dirks, VP
Cole David is the General Manager of ASAP Heating, Air & Plumbing, bringing 11 years of home-service industry experience to his role, including five years with ASAP. With a passion for the trades and taking care of people, Cole is committed to developing his team into strong leaders and skilled professionals while maintaining a high standard of excellence throughout the company. Competitive, adaptable and driven, he believes great leadership is reflected in the customer experience and strives to ensure every homeowner receives a level of service they will not find anywhere else. Originally from Sapulpa, Oklahoma, Cole is married to his wife, Haley, and is a proud father to their son, Michael. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, duck hunting, smoking meat on the Traeger and cheering on the University of Oklahoma. Guided by the belief that people should build the skills to handle whatever comes their way, Cole is proud to serve ASAP’s employees, customers and community every day.

Conner Dennis,
Service Manager
Conner Dennis is the Service Manager at ASAP Heating, Air & Plumbing, bringing six years of home-service industry experience to his role. With a passion for hands-on work and solving complex problems, Conner now focuses on developing skilled technicians, strengthening the customer experience and building a team that takes pride in its work. Dependable, driven and resourceful, he believes integrity is essential and that every customer’s home should be treated with the same care and respect he would expect for his own family. His goal is for homeowners to feel confident, informed and genuinely cared for throughout their experience with ASAP. Originally from Sand Springs, Oklahoma, Conner is married to his wife, Anna, and they share their home with their rescue dog, Mowgli. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, playing disc golf, watching football and spending time with family. For Conner, leadership means making life easier for the people around him, supporting the entire team and strengthening the people-first culture that has made ASAP feel like a second family.
Eric Hudson,
Plumbing Manager
Eric Hudson is a licensed plumber with 29 years of experience and certifications that include OSHA 10 and multiple tankless water heater credentials. Patient, honest and devoted, he leads with the belief that every customer should be treated like family while helping homeowners find dependable solutions and understand their plumbing systems. Outside of work, Eric enjoys traveling, hunting, fishing, golfing and camping with his wife, Alex, and their six children.
Dasha Traczyk,
Office Manager
Dasha Traczyk supports ASAP’s technicians so they can provide the best possible service while helping customers find solutions that ease their concerns. Caring, hardworking and personable, she takes pride in her work and appreciates that ASAP genuinely values its customers and employees. Outside of work, Dasha enjoys going to the gym, thrifting, reading and spending time with her dog, Theo.
Christian Langley,
Sales Manager
Christian Langley brings 10 years of HVAC experience and holds a Journeyman license along with NATE and EPA 608 certifications. Dedicated, knowledgeable and attentive, he helps homeowners compare their options and select a comfort system that fits their home, priorities and budget. Outside of work, Christian enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, traveling, watching sports and exploring the outdoors.

Bryan McKay brings more than 16 years of HVAC and home-service experience, including previous roles as an installer and service technician. Outgoing, thoughtful and knowledgeable, he listens carefully to homeowners and explains their options so they can confidently choose the right solution for their needs. Outside of work, Bryan enjoys spending time with his two children, traveling and connecting with people throughout the community.
Kaleb Scott,

Kaleb Scott is a Licensed Journeyman with three years of HVAC experience who enjoys turning stressful situations into positive experiences for homeowners. Ambitious, attentive and guided by integrity, he takes time to understand each customer’s needs, recommend the right solution and build lasting relationships. Outside of work, Kaleb enjoys spending time with his close-knit family, fishing and caring for his lawn.
Craig Hawkins,
Project Manager & New Construction Estimator
Craig Hawkins brings 15 years of industry experience, including 10 years with ASAP Heating, Air & Plumbing, and holds a Mechanical Contractor license. A skilled problem-solver with experience across multiple trades, he takes pride in designing practical solutions, producing accurate estimates and ensuring every project meets a high standard of quality. Outside of work, Craig enjoys golfing, fishing, woodworking and cheering on the Oklahoma State Cowboys.
David Marsh,
Commercial Project Manager
David Marsh brings 10 years of HVAC experience, including two years with ASAP Heating, Air & Plumbing, and holds an Unlimited Contractor license. Caring, trustworthy and attentive, he enjoys solving problems, keeping customers comfortable and leaving every workspace better than he found it. Outside of work, David enjoys golfing, working on cars and watching football with his wife and their golden retriever, Ford.

Brent Wilson is a licensed Journeyman and EPA-certified HVAC professional with eight years of industry experience, including two and a half years with ASAP Heating, Air & Plumbing. Hardworking, outgoing and trustworthy, he takes pride in respecting customers’ homes, building strong relationships and ensuring every project is completed correctly. Jeremy “Big Jerm” Smith has two and a half years of HVAC experience, all with ASAP Heating, Air & Plumbing. Laid-back, honest and respectful, he works closely with homeowners to find solutions that fit their individual needs while helping them make confident decisions about their homes. Nick Stygles is a licensed HVAC journeyman and senior technician with about 10 years of industry experience, more than four years with ASAP and 13 professional certifications. Known for his attention to detail, he is a go-to technician for unusual and complex HVAC problems and takes pride in finding the right solution so repairs stay fixed. Outside of work, Nick enjoys woodworking, building things and spending time by the lake.

Roberto Landaverde is a bilingual journeyman technician with more than five years of HVAC experience and OSHA and EPA credentials. Kind, loyal and humble, he enjoys solving problems, giving customers peace of mind and leaving every work area cleaner than he found it. Outside of work, Tony is a devoted father who enjoys skateboarding, art, church and serving others.
Mason Hudson,

Mason Hudson brings four years of home-service experience and valuable restoration knowledge to his role as a plumbing technician. Hardworking, caring and dedicated, he takes pride in communicating clearly, solving plumbing problems and ensuring every homeowner is satisfied before he leaves.
